Hi, I purchased Lifetime License but when I installed the product and opened it, it accepted my license and started Loading… and that’s it. I am stuck on an empty screen with a message “Loading…” at the top. The product is not working for me. Can you please help?
Do you have .NET Framework 4.5 installed?
Also, do you have a firewall blocking access to our servers when opening the program?
Yes, .NET Framework 4.5 is installed and there is no firewall whatsoever that could block anything. I think the issue is in my machine: it’s an old PC with an old Windows version (I switched to Macs a long time ago). It probably won’t work with my outdated machine, I have requested a refund.
